Waikoloa keiki and the Zodiac adventure quest
"Kaimiloa" in Hawaiian means "the search" or "to seek," and here on the Waikoloa Museum Walkway, we've got
Keiki and family adventures
Waikoloa keiki and the zodiac adventure quest
Around the Kohala Pool, twelve animals are waiting — but only sharp-eyed explorers will find them all. Follow the trail, discover your zodiac animal, and learn how a great race across a river became one of the world’s favorite animal stories.
Perfect for younger children, families, and first-time Waikoloa Keiki.
Waikoloa Keiki and the secret of the jungle temple
Somewhere along the Museum Walkway, an old temple story is waiting to be discovered. Young explorers follow clues through guardians, dragons, hidden symbols, and mysterious figures from across Asia and the Pacific.
Every choice reveals a new path — and no two adventures have to be exactly the same.
Night at the Museum Walkway
When the sun goes down, the Museum Walkway changes. Shadows deepen, statues seem to watch, and familiar places become part of a nighttime mystery.
This after-dark adventure invites families to explore the resort’s art and artifacts in a whole new way — with just enough mystery to make the walkway feel magical.
Waikioloa keiki and the Lost animal kingdom
The animals of Waikoloa have scattered across the resort, and the Waikoloa Keiki need help finding them. From zodiac creatures to guardian lions, horses, birds, dragons, and hidden beasts, children search the walkway for animals real, imagined, and legendary.
A playful adventure for younger explorers who love animals, clues, and discovery.
walkway bingo and animal quest
Two free ways to begin exploring. Children can pick up an Animal Quest card and search for real, magical, and legendary creatures along the Museum Walkway. Families can also play Museum Walkway Bingo, spotting details, symbols, and surprising objects as they explore the resort together.
Pick up cards at the concierge or activity desk and start looking — the next discovery may be just around the corner.
Note to parents: Don’t tell the kids, but these adventures are educational experiences in disguise. They’ll be solving clues, finding animals, following stories, and exploring the resort — and later, they may surprise you with what they learned!
