Why walk this route?

Time and step counts are approximate.

AT A GLANCE

This walk gives you a couple of choices: it can be started before or after breakfast, and you can start at the Lagoon Terrace restaurant, or end there. In either case, the walk takes you on a path around the lagoon and swimming pools and even has a short leg through the Asian Arts and Artifacts Gallery a the Hawaiiana Room. Catching the sunrise over Mauna Kea as dawn brings a new day to Waikoloa should be on your To To list, and it's best viewed from the path along the ocean.
